the vector seems a bit flat :P i think the shading could have been stronger xD and some of the parts in the lineart are a bit too thick in some areas, like around their ears.
and i think that instead of literally using stars for the sky, u could have just use the round brush with variety of small sizes around the sky.
but i fav cuz i luv this series so much xD

in fact I had use round brush for the star bud it look like snow and I change it to star brush.
I also love the series and your last wall of Bokura Ga Ita.

I like how clean the lines look, and the colouring is good. The overlay of circles is kinda distracting, though cool.
I think you might be missing shadows? Not sure if it's in the scan, but it seems to be lacking details.

what's the dpi at which you work? I would make sure the final image is 300 dpi for starters to keep the vectors looking as smooth as possible.

When you go to rasterize your vector is anti-aliasing checked on or off?

I mean how to draw it or make it with pen tool.

This Vector took me 40 hours!
I know there are some white areas but it's my first vector and I don't really know how tho make a vector. I use coreldraw to make the lines and than paint it with photoshop.
Is this the right thing to do?

Next time I will make a better vector.
